All alumnae, alumni, students and friends of the Purdue and Indiana Universities are invited to
the "Old Oaken Bucket Family Brunch"
on Sunday, 29 November 2015, starting at 10:00
The "Old Oaken Bucket Game", the annual football battle between Purdue and Indiana, is played on the day before. Officially, the game is played over one of the oldest and most prestigious football trophies in the United States, a bucket said to be once used be General Morgan during a jaunt through Indiana during the Civil War. However, in reality, it is for the glory of one of the two universities, one, it might be added, continues to be rather tilted towards the Boilermakers. Regardless of the outcome on the field, the end result of our joint brunch would be a healthy portion of revelry and many new friendships. You are most welcome to bring your family and friends of either university with you.
